Read on to learn more.

Prep Before You Connect

Before you connect your Apple watch to your Echelon, you need to put in some prep work to make sure everything is up to date. Here are the steps to take before you begin for a smoother process:

  • Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone
  • Scroll to the gear titled General and select it
  • Select Software Update
  • Your phone will automatically check to see if a watch update is available
  • If there is an update available, install it
  • Next, navigate to the Health App on your iPhone
  • Input all of your relevant information to get accurate data when you workout.
  • Within the app, ensure to set your privacy settings to ‘All requested apps’ so that Echelon has permission to talk to your watch and collect the data.

From here, it will be different if you choose to connect your Apple watch to your Echelon bike with an iPhone or iPad.
